My wife is disabled and the assistant was very helpful and understanding of my wife's needs.

Welcomed as soon as we entered , was shown what we asked for and allowed to browse on the website during the conversation to confirm what we had seen prior to going in . Helpful in decision making (not pushed in any direction) . Shown all ends of the pricing scale so no judgement made as to whether we could or couldn't afford any item . Overall extremely satisfied with the experience .

when we arrived staff were not pushy, spoke to SARAH for advise on selecting a mattress, Sarah was very knowledgeable on what was available and what our needs were and assisted in selecting a mattress suitable for our needs, Sarah was very friendly as well, and is a credit to the store,

Elaine was a great help and was polite, courteous, great customer service. Was not pushy trying to get a sale. Shared information and had a laugh. Offered drinks and let me roam about the showroom myself and gave advice when I asked.

The staff were very very friendly and extremely knowledgeable on the products and made sure we were satisfied with our choice before purchase and explained about everything after the product arrived and if we were not happy with it and what we could do.
