Elaine Cairnduff was a lovely member of staff who knew her product knowledge and helped us pick the perfect bed. She was very attentive and would definitely be back in store for further purchases in the future.

The assistant Elaine was most helpful and great to deal with. She knew her job and was very customer focused 100% for her time she spent with me. She deserves a bonus

. We visited your store in uddingston on the 11th. Jan. 2016 and was cared for by Dionne who could not have been more helpful . We were looking for an orthopaedic bed and as I am 75 and my wife 70 we really appreciated her help , she let us try out beds . When we selected our bed she assisted us to select the accessories . We then asked if we could use a mixture of credit and debit cards to settle deposit and balance . Dionne took the cards did all the paperwork all we did was a few signatures . She then helped put the bedding in our car .

Professional in approach but very enjoyable visit to store, although the store was busy we were allowed to look around without being stalked but knew when we were ready to ask about the furniture the assistant was so informative and helpful we had no hesitation on placing an order fairly quickly, without a doubt we would have no hesitation to recommend Dreams to others.

Sales person Kaleem was really nice. Spend time advising of mattress options, insurance options without seeming pushy....asked for store manager and said how nice he was whike in store..... Store manager was very pleasant also

Didn't wait long for a staff member to assist; offered coffee, shown a range of options.
