Kathleen who served me was very friendly. She understood my needs very quickly and knowing her products was able to give me a number of options to chose from. She was also able to give advice to help me chose. I chose the Uddingston store in particular because my daughter in law had previously purchase a bed there from Elaine Cairnduff and was delighted with her product and the service she received.

The sales assistant Ashley, was very professional and helpful in her assistance to us. She was friendly and very knowledgable and able to help us to make a decision which was right for us.
