Kathleen was great and was full of knowledge of the products. she made us feel very welcome.

The assistant, Ashley was very friendly and knowledgeable. She knew her stock and offered solutions. she even offered tea or coffee which we were delighted with particularly as we were making a relatively small purchase. Will definitely recommend Dreams based on this experience.

The staff member was fantastic made me feel welcome and and at ease .SHe knew all the product information was very very good.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted by a member of staff who offered us tea or coffee and who was helpful in guiding us to the area we wanted. Her knowledge of the product was excellent and overall she was most helpful in making our minds up on which item to chose.

Chris the salesman was very friendly and really helpful.

It was more to do with the sales team in particular Mark. Very knowledgeable and patient with helping us find the right product for us .

The moment we walked in we were greeted with a very nice lady who was very helpful .

I visited the Uddingston store with my 82 year old mother who was looking to purchase a new bed. From the moment we entered the store we were greeted with a smile and a welcome from Kathleen and advised just to ask if we needed any help. when we did ask for assistance Kathleen attended to us and seemed to understand my mother's needs and was extremely patient in explaining things to her and allowing her to take her time to choose the right bed for her. She was very knowledgeable in her products and advice she gave about getting in and out of a bed. There was slight hiccup with Kathleen's computer when the order was being processed and another assistant came over and had to process it through another computer. Although this took a little time Kathleen apologised for the delay and offered tea/coffee to us both and my mother took up her offer. Once the transaction was complete there was no hurry to leave the store and Kathleen ensured my mum had finished her tea. As my mum walks with a stick and also needs to lean on me when walking Kathleen kindly assisted us to the car with the goods purchased; quilt, pillow and mattress protector. An excellent service from start to finish.
