Dreams - Uddingston

Alex at the Uddingston store took my order and was very helpful and friendly throughout the full time I was there. He helped me figure out what style of mattress I needed and pointed out a few that would suit me. He also showed me the full range of bed frames I could get as I was looking to get a frame also.

The staff member assisting us took the time to figure out what we required and also made recommendations as we added more details without forcing us towards a specific brand/type/price range. I never had to do so, but I would have felt comfortable telling her if I liked something but it was out of my budget and feel she would have easily found some similar alternatives.

Alex, was a great help explaining the different mattresses and ensuring we got the information to make the correct decision for us. Would highly recommend after the help we got from The store

Ashley couldn't have been more helpful. We felt like she was listening and understand our needs. Ashley was very COVID-19 aware and explained everything she was doing so we felt comfortable and her product nolage was excellent and took time to explain some of the technical jargon.

Katrina the member of staff was so helpful and knowledgeable Another team member took time to speak to my 92 year old dad and got him a seat

the staff were so friendly and so were the delivery men, which makes a huge difference, felt so at ease thank you so much 😀

We were very impressed with the service from Lesley at the uddingston store. She was so friendly, showed us around everything and explain in detail the difference mattresses. The process was really fast and smooth. She even offered us hot chocolate and coffee and water. Would highly recommend the store to family and friends after such a positive first experience.

Within 2 minutes of being in the store I was approached by Ashley who welcomed me. I explained my needs, an adjustable bed for my father who had recently became disabled. Ashley was about to tell me about the range of adjustable beds in detail, including pros and cons for my situation. She measured the bed and mattress i was interested in buying to make sure transfer from wheelchair to bed would be viable. She explained the weight, delivery etc and the purchase was very quick and easy. Throughout the sale she was covid aware and courteous. Excellent job knowledge and customer care. Looking forward to the bed and mattress arriving.

From the minute I entered the premises I felt special. Sheryl greeted me and explained the covid process. Not overpowering but welcomed. She asked me why I was visiting the store and offered me assistance if required. I explained that I was looking to purchase a new mattress and she recommended that I try the machine (can't remember what it's called lol). I did so, and was satisfied with the outcome. I wasn't intending spending so much on a mattress but the comfort will be worth it.

The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful, the range of beds and mattresses was very good and the prices were very competitive.
