Dreams colloeagues Ashley and Elaine were fully familiar with products available, made numerous useful suggestions and were extremely helpful.

The customer service was excellent and the knowledge of product was very good all our questions and concerns were answered honestly.

Ashley was very helpful when we first arrived in the store but not at all pushy. She was friendly and professional as was the manager who we briefly spoke to when making the purchase. I am very pleased with the quality of the king size bed and mattress I purchased for the price - great sale!

The assistant took time to understand what we needed and didn't rush or pressure us into making a decision.

Our sales representative Kathleen, was very attentive, knowledgable, not overbearing and made our shopping experience a very pleasant and enjoyable. (please note that I usually detest shopping!!)

Chris was extremely helpful and polite from start to finish..His product knowledge was second to none and advised us on what was the best product to purchase as my husband and myself were a little unsure if which mattress to buy. Overall really nice guy as were all the other staff members very friendly..would defiantly recommend this store to others.

When we entered the store we were welcomed by Kathleen who helped us with great advice about the products we were shopping for, her help was invaluable.

we were very happy with our customer service , from the second we walked into the store i was confident that Julie new what she was talking about and genuinly wanted to find the right product for us. She was the perfect sales woman, at no point did we feel pressured into purchasing like we had done in other stores. I myself manage a sales driven environment and would happily employ Julie and Kathleen as their attitude and enthusiasim is definitely hard to find these days.
