We called into your store in Birkinshaw trading estate just to look and get some prices. Audrey your sales assistant didn't crowd us just told us if we need any help with anything to ask. When we did she explained the prices and the mattress ratings and sold us a very reasonably priced bed. With a delivery date of under a week.

Ashley who helped me find the mattress which is hopeful going to be perfect, provided me with so much information that I felt I could understand the difference in the mattresses and what it was that I was really looking for.

I visited the shop on two occasions and on my 2nd visit I was again dealt with Customer Advisor Elaine. The service on both of my visits in relation to customer care was if I could say more than excellent. At no time was I put under any pressure to purchase the bed. On completing the purchase I also spoke to Julie the Manager who again displayed excellent customer care and you could see that she took the time to listen. Both Elaine and Julie in my eyes definitely deserve an award for the customer care they deliver. Dreams should be absolutely proud.
