The service we received from Elaine at the Birkenshaw store was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable on all the products and got us the right bed for us.

She came across as well trained and experienced and more than interested in her job She was friendly and very capable, knowing the stock and very capable of giving us the information we required to help us decide what we required and wanted

the personal service was outstanding and the quality of trained and untrained staff was of a very high standard. the only issue was a systems issue which caused the staff to re-enter the order several times and to be fair considerable stress on their behalf. they handled everything really well and my family couldn't have been looked after any better. Very well done to the team at Uddingston, thank you....

we were assisted by 2 very helpful members of staff who seemed to have a good knowledge of your products. The sales people listened to what we wanted and were able to point us in the right direction giving us a lot of information about products.
