Highly satisfied with the overall helpfulness of staff and the wide range and choices of beds and furniture available in store. Also the wide range of beds and furniture also available to order which can be viewed on a large TV screen in store.

Friendly staff who were very knowledgable about the products and very efficient in dealing with our questions. The staff responsible for assembly on delivery were excellent and took great care during their visit.

Elaine was very knowledgeable on all products available, very friendly and took time to understand our needs. She was very patient and helpful with my husband and I and our 2 children, 15 months and 1 week old. We returned to the store to make a purchase from her alone due to her service. On our return visit they even provided my husband with coffee while sitting in the car with a sleeping baby. Her colleagues were equally as friendly, made it a pleasure to shop :) very very satisfied .

Lorraine was most helpful in guiding me and my wife to selecting the correct bed for us and explaining what we should be looking for. She took time and appeared to know her product line well. She was not 'pushy' in trying to make us choose but encouraged us to try the mattresses over and over until we were satisfied.
