Gerry was very knowledgeable of the products but in no way pushy to make a sale. He encouraged us to talk our time and get a real feel for what we wanted.

From beginning to end Elaine was fantastic! Very professional but at the same time a very friendly and warm individual. She picked us the best mattress for our needs and I had no hesitation in making my purchase there and then without shopping around. Then the delivery boys Sean and Paul were great I received a call first thing as promised and given a window when they would arrive. They arrived and without asking put on their shoe covers so not to dirty my carpet. Everything went so smoothly. Amazing! Thank you Elaine we will be back in a few months another one

Elaines friendliness and product knowledge was impeccable, Elaine is an absolute credit to dreams and lead the brand very well too, I left the store with exactly what I needed and no questions to ask at the end either. We thought Kathleen was fantastic. We were intending to assess the mattresses and then go to bensons to buy one. However solely based on the service we received from Kathleen, the quality advice we were given and her non-pushy approach we decided to buy a Dreams mattress and spend an additional £350 more than we had originally intended to spend. Kathleen greeted us, gave us information to find the mattresses of potential based on her needs assessment and after some discussions as we tried them out left us alone to contemplate. in the interim she offered us tea or coffee which was a nice touch. Kathleen then offered further counsel which was invaluable and we are delighted with our purchase. We can't wait for it to arrive. Please recognise Kathleen for an amazing job. She is a lovely lady and excellent at her job.

From the moment we entered the store we were greeted by a very friendly assistant named Gerry. I was only coming in to look for a new mattress for when i move house. As I have no date for moving yet I thought I would be unable to buy today but Gerry took care of it all and explained I could purchase today but I didn't have to give a delivery date which suited me perfect. Not only did I find the perfect mattress with the excellent help and product knowledge from Gerry, I also purchased a new bed. Gerry provided excellent customer service throughout my experience in store and was very attentive to my nephew i had with me. It was my first visit to Dreams but certainly won't be my last.

I found the staff very helpfull

Previously visited store (last 2/3 weeks) to have a look at what was available. At that time we dealt with Julie and she couldn't have been more helpful. This to a significant extent prompted a further visit. Today we dealt with both Julie and Chris and we were most grateful for the amount of time, advice, courtesy, friendliness and indeed professionalism shown. This type of service seems rarely available these days with Julie and Chris, in my personal opinion, driven by customer service/satisfaction rather than only an overwhelming need to create a sale. This is refreshing and my wife and I would have no hesitation in making further purchases in the future.
