Gerry was more than helpful and friendly during our visit to make our purchase of a new bed. Myself and my husband were more than happy with customer service and would highly recommend to friends and family

My husband suffers from Parkinson's and the member of staff was brilliant with us. She had my husband lying down using the bed and helping him up and down, she was very patient, couldnt have asked for a better service at all. The agents name was Elaine and she works for the Uddingston store.

We knew we needed a new bed but with all the new products on the market we didn't know what would suit us. Thankfully Elaine introduced herself to us & answered all our questions & put us at ease immediately. She was very informative & knew all the benefits of the products available & very important to us she was not pushy (if she had been we would have walk out!) She left us to make up our own mind.

Sales assistant was very professional throughout letting us make the choices we wanted and not trying to sell us something else. Listened to what we were looking for and gave advice on the products that would suit us best .
