Chris was very approachable and down to earth. He showed his knowledge of the products and explained all payment structures fully.

Immediately met by a welcoming staff member who introduced herself as Elaine and ascertained the purpose of my visit. She then set out her intentions and took me through a process of trying four different mattress types whilst informing me of the qualities, benefits etc. of each product. At no time did I feel pressure to make a decision quickly. I was accompanied by my mother and sister who were given coffee and made to feel comfortable as Elaine gave me her undivided attention. I have visited many competitors who direct me to three different beds, tell me to try them out and return to the cash desk! Elaine got the sale because in my opinion she sf excellent at what she does and made me feel that it was important that I got what was personally suitable to me and I wasn't just another sale.

Chris was really attentive but also gave us space to test the beds and consider our options without being too pushy. Other staff members were also kind to our kids which always helps!!

Chris tended to our needs two weeks prior to our purchase. He was informative and friendly, and at no point pushed. When we left he was very polite. Knowing we were going to return, we sought out Chris specifically for his professional manner. He was open and honest about what would and wouldn't suit our requirements. He was also very accommodating when it came to delivery, going so far as to investigate a Saturday delivery for us at great effort (we eventually opted for a weekday delivery). Delivery was 5 days from purchase, outstanding service overall.

Elaine your sales person was fantastic. She gave us the best service that we have had buying furniture. She was extremely knowledgable on your products.

Elaine was fantastic, I'm a first time home buyer so I'm faced with furnishing a whole flat, Elaine took time to talk me through various products available and price points. She was extremely helpful and friendly and took time to show the difference in the mattresses available. Her assistance was very much appreciated as I've never had to purchase a bed before. Sharing her own experiences of moving house made the whole process less daunting and more exciting. Her offer of a cup of tea on a Sunday morning was a nice touch. Will be kitting out my spare room from Dreams nearer the time. Hoping Elaine will be in to offer his guidance again!
