I was delighted with the overall service I received on my recent visit. I found the staff to be extremely helpful and not in the least bit pushy. I was looking for a White Wooden Bedframe for my daughter, however I actually left the shop so happy after purchasing a Double Bed with Smart TV all built in! My daughter was extremely happy, to say the least. We were also given coffee and chocolates - what not to like :)

Ashley the assistant was fully knowledgeable about all products, she recommended trying out various beds beforehand, and brands. Understood my requirements fully. She also explained the concept of having a high quality pillow, of which I bought two. The Hipnos bed was an excellent deal, and was at a very good discount for a product of this high quality bed, I couldn't get one better priced in any of competitive store.I am highly pleased with all aspects of service received..

yes as always we were.. this is the 3rd time we have bought our bed and tempur matresses from dreams as we are always satisfied with your customer care and always we get looked after when we enter the store spoke with gerald who told us all abt the bed and told us that they were 3 designs of the tempur and let us test these out so we are always satisfied buying from dream as the customer care is second to none
