The store had the item I was looking for at the right price. The assistant was very knowledgeable and understood the specific needs I have. Everything was fully explained and demonstrated. I was put under no pressure to buy. The assistant was making sure I bought what I needed, not what he wanted to sell.

We were greeted very quickly upon arrival and asked if we needed help. The sales assistant was very friendly and spent a lot of time explaining fully all of the different mattresses, the colour coding system and helped us find the correct product for us.

I came to dreams to look at the tv beds on offer . I was pleased with what I saw and was given assistance with picking my favourite for my needs. On top of this I was allowed to leave the store and think about the purchase before committing to it. This by far is one of the best things about dreams. No pressure selling no sales tactics and no pushy salespeople. I will defo be back for my spare room bed in the coming months.

The sales team where very friendly and attentive they offered tea or coffee but me and my wife don't drink tea or coffee maybe in the future you guys could offer juice even diluting juice would do.The store was 5/5 and the displays where easy to understand with no hidden sneaky extras cropping up.I have not had my delivery yet but if that goes well enough i am confident it will i will be back my grandmother is looking for a bed and i will bring her to the salesman who dealt with us.

Elaine the Sales Associate whom we dealt with was highly knowledgeable and explained things in an easy to understand manner and was always open to questions. The prices and extensive choice of product was narrow ed down very quickly by the use of some simple but very specific questions regarding our requirements.
