The member of staff really took her time with me and told me to take my time and think what it was that I really wanted, as I was unsure if I wanted two 5 or 6 set chest of drawers. Going through the brochure with me to show me the different packages that was on offer. I really appreciated that.

Staff where friendly and knowledeable

A nice young man called mark served me very professional and friendly I even got a cup of tea will definitely recommend this store to my friends and family .

The sales team

Staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful whilst allowing us to try out the mattresses in peace without being over-attentive. This was a pleasant contrast to some other bed stores where you can be harassed.

The experience and knowledge from the staff member we dealt with Elaine at birkenshaw branch and the time she spent with us when choosing was fantastic.
