The item i needed (a day bed) was not on display and online only. The other item (a sofa bed) was out of stock.

On arrival challenged why I wasn’t wearing a mask I was then told it’s the law. No such law exists given the fact it’s confident why I’m not wearing a mask your staff have no consideration of personal circumstance this almost lost you the 2k I spent in store that day really poor service for the lady. Charlie bed not in stores. If this had been clear online would have not wasted my time going to store.

I suffer with an incontinence issue and the store has no public toilet.
