I’m so disappointed in the pillow that I paid £99 for!! It’s a lot of money and the pillow I bought was much softer in the shop, now I have it home it’s much higher and firmer, I’ve used it for two weeks now and it’s not getting any softer. My neck is sorer than it’s ever been.

The mattress that I wanted wasn't in stock and couldn't tell me when it would be back in stock also the bed and mattress I purchased said it would be 8-10 weeks but no specific date
