Personally, I'd never buy a mattress for 700 GBP... That's all. Rest was perfect.

Main sales person great and very helpful. However she almost lost the sale due indifference of fellow colleague who was not interested in any form of customer service and had that’s it take it or leave it attitude. I had a disabled daughter who had just broken her main bed that morning and was looking for assistance which I had from the main sales person. The rest of my visit was a disaster.

Price is quite expensive. But hopefully worth it

Bed we purchased was one of the only ones not included in the ongoing sale so we didn't get any additional money off like other products.

I was happy enough. Had a bit of a wait to place order as another customer was placing theirs

I was very satisfied with my visit to the Dreams store.

Limited choice on what I was looking for and felt a bit of being captive audience

Customer service was great. Was slightly disappointed the bed frame I ordered was not available to view in the colour I wanted in any of the Glasgow stores but overall a very positive experience.

The delivery of the bed is up to 6 weeks but my mattress will arrive before the bed. A little disappointed by this.
