We would like to have spent less HOWEVER we are very happy with what we purchased and are looking forward to our first night already. The service was extremely friendly and helpful. Jon was very knowledgeable. I fully expect the product will be to a quality standard.

I would have been highly satisfied if the items I bought had been a bit cheaper

The finance took a long time to go through and we then switched from Hitachi to Creation because Hitachi took so long - it was referred to underwriter but was later approved by both Hitachi and Creation

Staff very helpful and friendly but price of some items were more than I was prepared to consider.

I was satisfied, highly satisfied. I was neither satisfied nor disatisfied with the price I felt the frame to be expensive but was not an issue

Not enough low price mattress

Overall I was pretty satisfied and could only not mark "highly" as the product I bought was not available for delivery and no timescale other than "up to 4 weeks" could be clarified. This was in no way a reflection on the staff of the Uddingston store who could not have been nicer or more knowledgeable on their products. We look forward to receiving our mattress.

Delivery quoted as 3 weeks due to request for Saturday delivery. Good choice of products though and Kathleen who served us was very knowledgable.

Assistant was helpful, although we had already prior visited another branch (Paisley) and knew which bed we wanted. Initially we were told the model had been discontinued and was not available to order. Upon checking he confirmed it could in fact still be ordered. However price was more expensive which i noticed was due to the wrong mattress being included.
