I wasn't pushed in to anything was given, time to browse and didn't have anyone hanging over me and when I was ready to speak to someone and explain what I was looking for she was extremely helpful and took the time to listen

OUR ASSISTANT WAS KATRINA ( 134A030020) SHE WAS EXCELLENT, WELL GOOMED, WELL MANNERED, CORRECT BALANCE BETWEEN ATTENTION AND BEING OVERATTENTIVE SHE COULD SENSE WE WERE UNCERTAIN AND CONDUCTED HERSELF CORRECTLY IN DEALING WITH OUR SITUATION WE WERE HIGHLY SATSIFIED WITH THE RESPONSE TO OUR ENQUIRY ANY ISSUE OUTSTANDING WAS EITHER DOWN TO US OR OUR NOT KNOWING WHAT OUR EXPERIENCE WILL BE..... WE HAVEN'T GOT THE PRODUCT YET SO CAN'T COMMENT ON QUALITY IN EFFECT
