Dionne helped me straight away as soon as I came in the entrance. She was very welcoming and directed me to the type of beds I was looking for. She was friendly and informative throughout.

Really friendly staff,courteous helpful. Plenty of choice, not too many people in store.

The staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They spent the time with us and helped us to pick exactly what we wanted.

Kathleen the sales assistant was very attentive and made me and my mum feel incredibly welcome in your store, she even offered me a go on the bed machine to find out which mattress I needed. She was very conscious about social distancing which made us feel at ease. She also offered me and my mum a beverage which was welcome on the warm day. I cannot praise Kathleen highly enough she is very knowledgeable and I purchased the perfect bed for my new home, if I go back to the store I would defiantly look for her again.

Very efficient service. I was impressed with the machine which measured me and then recommended the appropriate firmness. The choice of mattress was very large.
