Assistant was very helpful and I felt that I was catered for with respect and pleasant attitude

I was greeted when I arrived in the store and was helped to find my dream mattress by the friendliest sales associate. She talked me through the mattress tool what to expect and how it helped. She offered my gran a comfy seat in store whilst I was matched to mattresses. We were both offered beverages & the ease of purchasing my mattress has lead to my overall rating. I have already recommended your store to friends & family

I wasn't rushed in any way .I had a good look round first ..Dionne was very informative and helpful ..I tried various mattresses based on my needs and was satisfied with my choice ..Delivery time is excellent no long wait ..I enjoyed my experience as there was so many beds to choose from ..staff were very friendly and I was given a much needed bottle of water a nice touch ..altogether very happy with my choice ..staff and knowledge they had was outstanding ..would recommend Dreams 100%

Your friendly team at Dreams Uddingston were fantastic. They approached me when I came into the store and offered excellent product knowledge and were able to advise me on the best option to purchase on what I was looking for. They allowed me to try several options until I was able to select the option which best suited. They adhered to social distancing rules and all Covid health and safety regulations. When I had decided what I wanted to order, they took me over to their desks where the purchase/finance could be arranged. I was offered a nice latte and the paperwork was completed with great effeciency, but ensuring I was fully aware at the same time of what was happening and what finance agreement I was entering into. Very happy with the staff in your store, they're a credit to your company and will absolutely be back next time I am looking to purchase furniture for my home!

Ashley was very professional and took the time to understand our needs. She gave us various options which would suit those needs and was very knowledgeable.

Friendly and attentive staff member called Dionne at the Birkenshaw store in Uddingston who took the time to listen to our needs, didn’t rush us and kindly offered us bottled water.
