From the moment I steeped into the store I was welcomed and made to feel a valued customer. The store assistant Lesley asked me relevant questions to understand what I needed and then directed me through the process to select a mattress to suit my own specific needs all the while maintaining social distancing measures. I never felt pressured to buy but guided to get the best option for me - a great experience and would highly recommend Dreams to friends and family. Thanks to Lesley for a first class service 😊

Your store colleague Lesley in Uddingston branch was amazing. She took time to listen to what My daughter didn't like about her current mattress and listened to what she would like. She then guided us through all the kinds of mattresses available, showing us what was they were like inside. She informed us of the best mattresses to suit my daughters requirements and allowed us to try some out, while safely following COVID safety guidelines. She was great, especially as my daughter is autistic. My daughter felt at ease with lesley and I will be returning to the store soon with my brother who also has a learning disability.

From the minute we opened the door both me members of the team who were available assisted us greatly. They adhered to our specifications which we asked for such as the ottoman style on a light colour. They didn’t try to guide us to something which we didn’t wants. Lesley who served us then gave us all the information we required and advised of deals on the duvets and pillows which made it all the better. Overall a lovely experience
