The salesperson (Leslie) was kind, friendly and super professional throughout the whole process. She made it very easy for us to purchase the bed from Dreams.

The young lady Dionne was so helpful. Being a mam 83 years old and who had never bought a bed Dionne Guided me through the baying process with ease . I left the store with confidence on my purchase.

We went to the London Road branch and served by a lady called Dionne who was most helpful. She gave us all the info we needed and left us to freely look around the store. She knew about the products and processed our sale nice and quickly ! We also were given free pillows and offered some water too.

Store was quiet and the staff were welcoming and friendly.

The assistant took the time to find out what my needs and requirements were in my new bed. She was very helpful and informative and even got me a bottle of water when I started to feel a bit light headed
