I came in looking for a bed and left with one on order! It was smooth from start to finish - and I was pleasantly surprised with the 3 week wait for delivery.

Very good knowledge of product. Lovely lady called Lesley assisted me to chose my bed. Friendly but very good at her job.

Kathleen was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Lesley took time to find out what my needs were and the budget I was working with. She listened to what I needed and directed me straight to my options. She also gave me breathing space to try things out and was receptive to when I needed to ask more questions. I didn’t feel the service was over bearing or non existent as I have felt in other bed stores. Lesley was very knowledgable and very friendly. She is a credit to your store!

Assistant really helpful and nice.

We knew what we were going to purchase, spoke to the assistant and headed straight to the product, confirmed we wanted to purchase and it went so smooth right to leaving the store.

The gentleman that helped myself and my daughter and granddaughter who is in a wheelchair was really nice to us all and very helpful and gave us good advice cause we were getting a bed and mattress for my granddaughter

The assistant Dionne. Came to meet us at the door and took us through the process of choosing our bed and mattress in a very friendly, courteous manner then allowed us time to make decisions on our own without any pressure .
