Dreams - Uddingston

Ashley was the store colleague who helped us. She was so knowledgable with her products. She really took her time to understand what we wanted and was spot on with her recommendations. We had a budget of £1000 in mind and had found a mattress we liked within that budget at a different store. We went to dreams just to be sure before ordering the mattress we had previously found. Well Ashley really opened our eyes to what we needed and we ended up going above our budget considerably but we knew it was the right decision. Ashley was so personable. She even gave us a little pink book to take home to our 5 year old daughter to read.

OUR ASSISTANT WAS KATRINA ( 134A030020) SHE WAS EXCELLENT, WELL GOOMED, WELL MANNERED, CORRECT BALANCE BETWEEN ATTENTION AND BEING OVERATTENTIVE SHE COULD SENSE WE WERE UNCERTAIN AND CONDUCTED HERSELF CORRECTLY IN DEALING WITH OUR SITUATION WE WERE HIGHLY SATSIFIED WITH THE RESPONSE TO OUR ENQUIRY ANY ISSUE OUTSTANDING WAS EITHER DOWN TO US OR OUR NOT KNOWING WHAT OUR EXPERIENCE WILL BE..... WE HAVEN'T GOT THE PRODUCT YET SO CAN'T COMMENT ON QUALITY IN EFFECT
