Alex was knowledgeable, helpful and very patient giving us as much time as we needed to decide what mattress we required

Everyone and everything was extremely satisfactory only thing I have a slight problem with is I have had two hip replacements and can only get into bed one way and mattress moves on my metal frame bed. It seems to be about 3 inches shorter in width than the frame.

The sales agent was very helpful and knowledgable, and she even gave us a range of options for delivery, as we did not require the item immediately.

Really just a very satisfying experience from start to finish. Member of staff Dionne was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and this made for a very pleasant experience overall.
