The person who help us choose a bed was most helpful. He listened to our requirements & gave us the choice of several beds which would suit them. At no time did we feel that we were being rushed. All in all it was a pleasant experience.

Very happy with overall experience, although I would say the store is clean, however it needs a freshen up decor wise compared with other bed retailers on this particular site
