Dionne was very helpfully and understanding as we where un sure of what type of mattress we needed for your comfort as I have cancer and my bones in back are brittle.

Alex was extremely helpful from beginning to end of my experience. Informative and helpful and available whenever I needed to ask something but knew when to step away while we made final decision. He really was a lovely chap and an asset to your business

Easy pleasant purchases with a very friendly helpful assistant , i'm disabled and nothing was too much trouble for the assistant to help with what i needed especially as i was shopping for 3 different mattress types for myself and other members of my household .

The advisor was friendly, approachable, very knowledgeable and patient. She assisted me with all my needs and let me test different mattresses recommended by the machine where she entered my details into.

The store was COVID secure. There were plenty of staff available. The staff member helping us was knowledgeable and friendly. The ordering process was quick and easy. The prices were good also

LESLEY put us at ease straight away. Was very knowledgeable and did not hurry us to make a decision. We were out on a Sunday to look at mattresses and were intending to visit a few shops but we ended up only at Dreams because of the assured and friendly service. We even ended up purchasing pillows. This review is ONLy based on the experience involved in purchasing the product. It is too early to remark on the actual mattress as we only received it yesterday. The delivery and care taken by the delivery persons were excellent.
