Alex, our advisor was amazing. Open and approachable, he gave us our sleep test and then some wonderful advice and help. Never pushed us to hurry or pick more expensive options. He made the experience fun and relaxed and I'm sure we've picked a great bed that will last many years because of him. Thanks again Alex!

We visited 2 months ago just to look at options as we were in the process of buying a new house. Once we got a date of our new house being completed we returned to order, and were greeted by Alex, who had dealt with us on our previous visit. He was patient and took his time to explain differences in the two mattresses we were choosing between. We opted for the more expensive Tempur mattress which came with a discount and two free pillows. Alex went above and beyond, manged to get us a discount on a mattress protector and also on an insurance cover for the mattress too! Excellent service overall, Dreams Uddingston (Birkenshaw) should be proud to have Alex on their team!!

The salesperson within the business was very knowledgeable and insistent on taking time to understand our likes, dislikes and other needs regarding children and comfort etc. There was no push to a sale and it was clear that we would be offered something that suited our needs and we were not getting pushed towards just the most expensive items in store. there was time given as well to allow myself and my partner to discuss things and understand what each of us wanted from the products and the salesperson gave good explanations of other items that may suit both of us and explained the pros and cons of each item wish was invaluable. It was nice to not be jumped on immediately when we entered the store and have information loaded onto us. the interactions with staff was just right.
