The assistant was very knowledgeable, understood my needs, took time to listen and done everything within her power to help..... even after my 5th visit to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase.... each time she was very patient and answered my questions

I was met with Ashley, very friendly, I couldn’t find my bed I seen online although I knew what I wanted. I explained to Ashley what I wanted and from my description she knew exactly what I was looking for, her knowledge was amazing. She helped me with my bed base and side cabinets I wanted. She was lovely, polite, very helpful and a credit to your company. She reiterated my delivery, all my details were correct, advised what would happen on my delivery, she was amazing and settled any concerns I had. I would go back to the store on the experience from Ashley. Thanks again
