each time I have came to Dreams this year, the staff member Alex has remembered me and asked for my partner, that make me feel I'm not just a customer that comes in and spend money. he was more customer focused with a personal touch.

From the minute we went into the store the staff could not have been more helpful pointed me in the right direction took plenty of time explaining the difference between the mattress I was looking at and basically helped me throughout my visit 👍

We booked an appointment and met with Alex who was extremely helpful and not a typical ‘pushy salesman’. After seeing 5 mattresses I chose the final one and was very happy to place order on phone 2 days later.

The staff we came into contact with were extremely friendly. Julie really listened to our needs as we needed a new bed for an elderly relative going into sheltered accommodation. She was extremely empathetic and made sure she didn't waste our time by showing us unsuitable beds. She was friendly and fun. A great asset to the company.
