Lesley took time to assess our needs, she gave us time to talk things over and offered us water. Store was well-staffed and COVID friendly. Ordering process was quick and easy.

We arrived roughly knowing what we were looking for. We had our eye on a Hypnos mattress. Dionne approached us and was friendly but not pushy. She offered us PPE to try the mattresses and offered us the chance to try the Sleep machine. The whole process was efficient and professional. Dionne was very friendly and she knew her products very well. She listened to our needs and recommended products based on this.

Lesley who served us was very helpful. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and prompt at serving us. We were getting a mattress for my daughter and she took time to speak to my daughter which was lovely. Would definitely return after our experience we had.
