From the moment I entered the store in Birkenshaw retail park I was attended to immediately by a gentleman whose name Ive forgotten, welcomed and helped with exactly what i was looking for. He listened to what i wanted, how much i wanted to spend and when i wanted it. He was very attentive, made my shopping experience quick and easy, offering me choices and i will definitely be returning to Dreams.

As soon as we entered the store I felt we were in a safe hygienic environment, with hand sanitiser available and staff wearing appropriate visors. Alex approached us and asked if he could help, as we were looking for a mattress he straight away suggested we use the sleep match machine. Again felt safe using this as they had disposable sheets to lay on, and cleaning after every use. Alex left us to it and came back once the machine was finished. He then suggested a few mattress to try, pointing out the benefits of each. Alex was so helpful, very knowledgable and I didn't feel like he was 'selling' the products to me as it was more like taking recommendations from a friend. I don't have the product yet but know I won't be disappointed, also less than one week delivery date when we thought we would need to wait 2-3 weeks was a bonus.
