From the moment we entered the store we were welcomed Made to feel welcome by Lesley who thereafter discussed with us what we were after. Lesley then suggested we obtain a diagnostic print out of what type of mattress we should perhaps start looking at. Lesley explained everything in great detail and once we had carried out the diagnostic check she went over all of the mattresses suggested and let us try them ensuring we had the correct pillows. Her knowledge of the mattresses was first class and we ended up buying a Tempur mattress. Compared to other stores we had been in our experience in Dreams was first class and Lesley was a great ambassador for the store. I was highly satisfied at our whole experience from start to finish.
