Welcomed into the store by Kathleen, immediately helped us and showed us to the sleep station. Very helpful and friendly, immediately felt at ease with her. She took time to address us by our names, got to know us and great with our 2 boys. We were shown all options and felt Kathleen listened to what we liked and wanted. It was stress free from start to finish. We felt comfortable and relaxed even with 2 young kids. We are so glad we came to Dreams for our bed.
