Having already shopped and bought my Temper mattress at this store I went back to buy a new bed frame. I had so much help from a very knowledgeable and friendly member of staff by the name of Lesley who answered all my questions regards the various versions of the ottoman bed frames. She did not rush me into my decision and I can't thank her enough for her patience and kindness shown.

Very good social distancing and sanitising in store, lots of posters and reminders as well to maintain distance. The range of products was excellent and covered every budget. Store colleague very helpful and took time to spend with me and my 6 year old to find the mattress that was right.
