We were welcomed by a member of staff upon entering the store who advised us of utilising PPE if trying the mattresses. After looking around for 5-10 minutes, we were approached by Dione who offered assistance for the bed I was looking at. She then offered to assist me with the mattress match machine and provided me with appropriate PPE and also offered myself and my parents a bottle of bottle which was a lovely touch with having to wear masks. She talked me through the mattress match machine and then helped me try the appropriate mattresses and was very friendly and patient. Dione talked me through all the stages of ordering my bed and side cabinets and gave me an accurate estimate regarding the order coming into stock and was courteous and professional all the way to the end of my visit.
