Dreams - Merthyr Tydfil

When we arrived at the store the staff were very positive and instructed us about the PPE & Hygiene station. The staff could see we had our 2 children and were very welcoming. We informed the store assistance that we were not purchasing today, which the staff said that's fine but let us know if you need help. Mike was undertaking cleanse duties due to COVID-19, where we asked him for advice on the product. Mike was very knowledgeable about the products and discussed the meaning of the mattress colors. Mike could see we were a little confused about the mattresses and discussed the mattress test machine. My husband was willing to try the machine. Mike prepped the machine and put in place the additional hygiene procedures due to COVID-19, where my husband tried out the machine (whilst I was watching our children). Once the diagnostic was received Mike asked if we would like to look at the type of mattresses, which Mike put extra hygiene measures in place for us to try the beds. Mike was excellent store member. He wasn't pushy and listened to our needs, which Mike's professional mannor actually got us to splash our cash on a new matresses. Thank you Mike - You're Star!!
