We were a little apprehensive at first and had put off looking for a new bed as both my husband and i have walking difficulties and we were worried about the complexities of delivery etc. We decide we had to move forward and find out what products were out there with the intention of doing the rounds of suppliers dreams being the first. On this visit we were overwhelmed with the choice and variations available. Having met Kelly and having all our questions answered we returned home with all the information we needed to make a choice our only problem being the delivery etc and disposal of our old bed. This problem was immediately solved. One of the most important factors being that Kelly explained that dreams were able to provide a service whereby our old bed could be removed and disposed of and the new one installed. We were so impressed that we decide to look no further we had been really stressed out wondering how we would be able to get around this as both our sons who live away were not able to help us. The following week headed straight back to Dreams to make our purchase and was met by the delightful Kelly who remembered us.

Store assistant was very helpful and explained different types of beds that would suit our needs. Was patient whilst we tested and the tested beds until we made our choice. Answered all our questions and was very personable. Our shopping experience was hassle free,straightforward and enjoyable. I'm now looking forward to receiving my new bed!

Lee was extremely helpful without being pushy. Gave us 100% attention when asked for and plenty of time and space when needed.
