Assisted by Kelly at the Merthyr branch ...very patient and friendly but not remotely pushy. Did not feel rushed in anyway even though we took some time to decide. We were shown a selection of mattresses based on the information we gave, and ultimately chose a mattress which we are happy with.

She spent time to understand my needs and what wold best suit me and my situation, despite my limited idea of what bed and matress I was looking for. She also advised me on the options Dreams could provide in a friendly and knowledgable way, without making a pushy sales pitch presented various options to me that were for different purposes and cost points in order for me to make an informed customer decision.
