Dealt mainly with Kelly, we arrived quite late with about an hour before closing and wandered around trying various mattresses. Kelly approached asking what we were after, first time etc. She was a delight to deal with, never lacked chat or enthusiasm (which at the end of her work day I was very surprised by). Her acting manager was also very helpful and arranged a write off of money to seal the deal. Very impressed.

Mark was very helpful, he took the time to explain to us what the products were and recommended we used the machine to determine what best suits our needs. He was informative but not pushy in the slightest, not at any point did we feel like we were being sold to, just being assisted.

While shopping at dreams, we were able to test the machine to decide which materess is best for us, after advice from both the machine and a worker we found our perfect materess.

The staff were very attentive to our needs and were very knowledgeable about the products available to suit .They did not push us to make a decision that we might have regretted,but gave us options and time for us to make our own minds up

Was welcomed and done the mattress test advisor was very helpful, was very efficient and quick good all round experience.
