Lee the assistant listened to my problem with the current mattress and that I was in pain getting up in the morning. He put us on a technical bed which would ascertain what sort of a mattress we could benefit from. The current bed we had is only two years old and the mattress cost us over £600 so we thought we had a good mattress. Lee was very knowledgable why the current mattress didn't work and he made it absolutely effortless to buy a new mattress. I was very abriensive about the new mattress, but Lee was awesome, he was friendly, upbeat and interested in us, infact he had us laughing as we tried the beds out to see which one was best suited to us. I never realised someone could be so absolutely nuts about selling us the right mattresses. I felt like I was the most important person in the shop, he is an absolute credit to Dreams.

We were offered a drink explained everything bout the type of mattress we would need we had a fast delivery friendly n kind lady seen to us explained everything about the mattresses very kind indeed good shop skills she had

The assistant gave advice but did not pressurise. We were offered several options and allowed plenty of time to make a decision.

The layout of the store was excellent which enabled us to view many items. The staff were friendly professional and helpful without being too pushy. The use of the Sleep Pattern video and mattress was a good way to determine our needs. The offers on at the store was a bonus. The delivery date options suited us to combine with ongoing work in our home.

Amy who assisted us was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and was patient while we tried a number of mattresses and options before we decided on our order

From the moment we entered the store until the time we left, we were treated as individuals and Mark (the gentleman who assisted us) was attentive to our needs, patient and very knowledgeable, without ever being pushy, or making us feel hurried in our choice.

The whole experience was very positive from start to finish. The bed match system was a nice surprise as was the amount of time your colleague took to explain the details of every bed we looked at. I was impressed by the knowledge your colleague. My wife and I eventually decided upon the Grayson in a double size. At no time was your colleague 'pushy' but was always willing and able to answer any questions we had. 👍

The gentleman in store took us through the sleep test first. Then had us to try a number of different beds in different price ranges
