We were professionally advised during our shopping experience. Kelly was pleasant and her advice was a factor in our purchase. We compared the products for some time and eventually chose the Tempur Cooltouch Cloud Elite 25 D mattress along with Tempur Comfort Pillow (Triangle cover). We believe these products will provide us with comfort for years to come.

The sales assistant I spoke to was extremely knowledgeable about the product I had chosen and gave me information on comparable items to evidence value for money. I did not feel at all rushed to make a decision and was offered an array of pillows to use whilst trying the mattress. The staff make you feel very comfortable and the whole shopping experience was very positive.

Lee,the store assistant was amazing. He was extremely friendly &helpful .We found him to have great knowledge on all of the mattresses & bases, which we looked at.He advised us on the best one which suited our needs.I have severe health issues.He was not at all pushy,& did not rush us.And best of all,he made the best cup of tea in Wales!A great choice of bedding store to view & try.Overall a great experience .

ive had a stroke and the staff were extremely helpful and understanding of my needs. they made sure I had a chair and was comfortable throughout our visit to the store in Merthyr Tydfil. they also made myself a lovely cup of coffee and my wife a cup of tea. we would like you to know Kelly was very efficient, help and understanding and empathy during my heath setback.
