Excellent customer service by professional staff

It was a very enjoyable experience, the member of staff understood immediately what I wanted and took me strait to the product I was interested in, explained how it worked and gave good advice about taking out a warranty for the bed base. We were offered a cup of coffee and were not rushed but were given full attention and assistance, the delivery was much quicker than I expected and the delivery men were prompt and efficient. I would recommend Dreams anytime.

My husband and I were looking to replace single bed mattresses for our spare beds, and Mark, the store assistant, very expertly, advised us on using the store mattress gauge machine to check on the firmness of mattress which would suit us best. He then allowed us to test a wide range of "very firm" mattresses and allowed us to choose the ones within our budget. Overall it was a very helpful experience.

I thought the gentleman who served us was a very and willing person to help us he made us feel totally home was not pushy offered us good friendly advice gave us exactly what we wanted. The customer service I have to say was second to non. We would certainly come back to dreams and recommend the Pentrebach store The gentleman who served was called Martin and I sincerely hope his customer service approach is congratulated by his manager or someone high up. It is really nice to be approached by someone who knows his job, can give really good information about the products he is actually selling and allowing the customer to make their minds without any pressure .I wish more stores and shopping outlets would have such good customer service
