Staff were very friendly and helpful, very knowledgeable and knew exactly what we were looking for. Delivery was very good and quick, driver and his mate wore protective coverings on their shoes and,were polite and courteous. Overall very good quality service from store to delivery would definitely shop in Dreams again.

Well happy with my visit to dreams store today. Staff were very friendly and very attentive. I was allowed to try out the product I bought fully and was given fully explanation of the contents of the product. Can’t wait now for a good nights sleep when I get my delivery

I and my wife are disabled and the salesman lee went out of his way to help us with picking a suitable bed for our needs I wish lee had been in store when I bought my last bed a pocket 1000 it have only lasted 4 years a load of rubbish for a bed baled at £1200 I hope this one last better over the last 10 years I have bought several mattress from dreams mertyr Tydfil and brigend many thanks jeff williams

Your members of staff, Lee and Kelly were very welcoming and professional. Lee dealt with our own requirements very efficiently and was very patient with us.He explained in great detail the product we were interested in and although had only popped in to look, we decided to purchase there and then.

We went in with specific detailed requirements due to the location of the beds being purchased and all options were thoroughly discussed and explained showing that Lee fully understood our requirements and was prepared to come up with a solution.
