We were very happy with our experience at the Merthyr Tydfil branch. The store was clean and all staff were helpful, Mark was very knowledgeable and extremely efficient taking all our needs into account while helping us select the best option for us.

I felt the service provided by the store was excellent. Mark was supportive and extremely helpful without being pushy. He advised us but let us make up our own minds. When we gave him our budget he didn't try to persuade us to spend more by showing beds outside of our price range, he gave us plenty of options within our budget. This is one of the main reasons I would recommend this store as it's a pet hate of mine when the store tries to get you to spend more money than you want. I will definitely use this store when purchasing my next bed.

The store assistant Lee was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and was a great help without being pushy. We were impressed with the range of mattresses available and also that we were able to arrange for our old mattress to be disposed of. Our order was completed efficiently. We look forward to the arrival of our new mattress.

Mark was friendly and well informed. I used the computerised bed app and got just what I wanted.
