Dreams - Merthyr Tydfil

We were welcomed into the store by Kelly, who offered help. We explained that we were looking for a mattress and had seen some on a TV advert. She then showed us our choices, giving us pilows to use when we tried out the mattress. She explained that if we would like to, we could use an exclusive system to match our mattress to our body needs. We did this and chose our mattress, also buying a new pillow. Kelly was very helpful throughout and the whole experience was a pleasant one. Thankyou

The young lady who served us was very professional & knowledgable about the product I required . She demonstrated the various types of this particular product I could choose from & advised me (from what I’d told her ) which would be the right product for me . Took the product home & used it & found it exactly as she explained it would be . An excellent choice for me .

I took my mother who is 89 years old to purchase a mattress The sales assistant was extremely helpful patient and considerate towards my mother as I know my mother can be very impatient and irritable not the easiest of customers at her age. I cannot speak highly enough of Lee who served us.
