This is the second time ordering from dreams after a bad first experience where we were let down by the delivery team (missing items, asked to help carry the delivery upstairs) and a truly terrible experience with dreams customer's service over the phone, the store in Merthyr was a breath of fresh air and restored my faith in the brand. Claire was exceptional in dealing with us both with our previous order that went wrong and the new order we placed the day of this visit. Kelly was also in amazing and really took the time to reassure us and talked us through in great detail the many options available to us on the day. All in all these two wonderful ladies deserve a lot of credit from management for keeping an on the verge of never returning to a repeat customer. Thank you both.
