We were served by Amy and from the moment she approached us to the moment we walked out of the door she couldn’t have been more friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the products that she was selling We used the “magic bed” to determine which beds were most suited to us and Amy showed us every one and gave us time to try them, she went through every option for base then material and colour and the same for the headboard and again mattress topper, duvet and pillows and then when doing the paperwork Amy made us a coffee and had time for a chat. Excellent service. Did not allow us to wonder aimlessly, we were offered the sleep analysis and then shown our matching mattresses. We were then shown different prices of similar mattresses, to work with our price range. Excellent knowledge and very supportive.

The woman who helped me with my purchase was just wonderful! (Sadly I can't remember her name). She was so attentive to my needs, ever so helpful. She gave us lots of information and once I showed my interest narrowed it down for me and my mother. We had a lovely conversation with her as we were sorting out all my details, it was lovely to just talk with people again after so long. This was my first time in this store and she filled me with confidence if I had to come back again. She was honestly amazing, made the rest of mine and my mam's day.
